GARMENT DYED APPAREL:

Garment Dyed goods should ALWAYS BE WASHED SEPARATELY BEFORE WEARING.  Shade variations are inherent in the garment dye process.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and at time of purchase. COD/COMPANY CHECK.  PFD Apparels requires a completed/approved and signed credit application for this payment method. COD CASH, on initial orders. PFD  Apparels will accept Shipment by Money Order or Certified Check. 

Net Terms: - We encourage customers to establish net terms by completing a credit application and submitting it to our credit department for approval.  Terms are Net 30 days to those customers who meet our credit terms.

RETURN POLICY:

If you experience a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact us with order information.  No returns will be accepted without RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.  Relabeled, printed or embellished are not returnable.  Please check your order before processing.

SHIPPING:

We ship UPS, FedEx, most commercial carriers.  Any order already placed will be considered a "new order" and written as a new purchase order.  Partial shipments may be made.  All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise shipped on customers account number must be filed directly with carrier.
